It integrates with the Paypal IPN system meaning you can start making sales without all the hassle or monthly charges of a merchant bank account.
How does it work? D2 Sitelock is a fully automated sales system for subscriptions. Once installed the application generates the required Paypal buttons to allow your users to subscribe to your site. Once a user makes a purchase, their account is automatically updated and they are granted access to your sites premium content area. Once the users subscription has expired, their account level is automatically demoted and they no longer have access to your subscribers area. The Subscription Process: 1. User visits your site and clicks on one of your automatically generated subscription buttons, subscription periods can be set in days, weeks, months or years. You can also offer free trial subscriptions to users. 2. If the user has not logged into your site they are prompted to create a user account. 3. D2 Sitelock captures all the user data submitted during registration and adds a new user entry to your site database 4. User is now permitted to create a subscription, they click your subscription button and are redirected to Paypal to securely submit their credit card details. 5. After payment has been confirmed, the user is automatically redirected back to your site. D2 Sitelock receives notification of the transaction and adds details of the sale to your database, it also updates the account of the user who made the purchase and raises their level of access to that of a paying user. 6.
